Bifrost Sports started with a problem a lot of beer league GMs know by heart: a phone full of texts.
Justis is the GM of the River Kings, an adult rec and tournament team in Roseville, and he plays on it with four of his brothers and his dad. Every week the RSVPs, the subs and the team fees landed on him, one text at a time. Look around the rink and everyone was doing the same thing on a different tool: the front desk had its system, the league had its site, the refs had their assignments, the scorekeeper had a paper sheet and the team had a group text. None of them shared a schedule.
In Norse myth, the Bifröst is the bridge between the realms. Bifrost Sports is the bridge between everyone at the rink: the rink, the league, the officials, the teams, the players and the fans, on one schedule. We built it to bring hockey’s different communities together as one group, and to encourage positive relationships, healthy competition and human growth along the way.
We’re two founders, building it together. It’s in beta, and one of us answers every note.
How we build.
Every feature on this site carries its status, Available now, In beta or On the roadmap, from one list we keep against the app itself, and a feature behind a switch in the app follows that switch, so the site never promises what the app doesn’t do yet.
We don’t sell your data or share it for targeted advertising. Bifrost Sports is based in Auburn, California.
